This illustration serves as a heartfelt tribute to Jesus and the transformative power of directing one’s focus toward the divine. Drawing inspiration from the Yoga Sutras’ teachings on cultivating an elevated heart, it emphasizes the importance of finding a higher focus, regardless of one’s religion. For me, that focus has always been Jesus. At 19, I had a profound experience that shaped my spiritual path, leading me to follow his message closely, embracing his compassion and kindness while setting aside dogma and institutional interpretations.
